Who can use MedFlow?
Diagnostic labs, diagnostic centres, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and blood banks run their work on it. Patients use it free of charge to find providers, book and get their reports.
What does it cost to get started?
Setting up your organization is free and needs no card. After approval you choose a monthly subscription. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
How long does approval take?
Usually one working day. You can set up your catalog, prices and team while your organization is being reviewed.
Do we get our own booking page?
Yes. Every organization gets a page at your-name.medflow.verydash.com, and you can connect your own domain to it.
How do patients book?
They open your page, choose tests, a package or a doctor, and confirm with their phone number. They can pay online where you accept it, or at the visit.
How is patient data protected?
Each organization sees only its own patients, staff see what their role allows, and changes are logged. Patients can review access to their records from the Privacy Center.
